    How I’m Challenging Myself

It’s important for me to continue to grow and become my best self, just as I encourage my clients to do. Some of the ways I’ve been challenging myself are:

  • Pursing a Doctor of Psychology in Leadership and Organizational Development

  • Returning to the ballet studio after 35 years!

  • Writing a blog

  • Climbed Mount Washington (twice!)

  • Practicing meditation and yoga

Let me know how you’re striving to become the best version of yourself!

How I Give Back

I think each of us has gifts to share. What’s more, the more we share, the more we get back. Some of the ways that I give back to my community and gain personal fulfillment include:

  • As a volunteer coach and consultant for Empower Success Corps (ESC) New England, a not-for-profit consulting firm dedicated to enhancing the impact of nonprofit organizations

  • As a mentor for the ACHE Mentorship Program

  • By participating in a medical mission at the Holy Family Surgery Center located on Rancho Santa Fe in Honduras

  • By sponsoring a child from Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (NPS), the orphanage located on Rancho Santa Fe

I'm also a member of the Educational Programs Committee for the International Coach Federation New England Chapter. Please tell me your story of how you share your gifts.
