I work with leaders at all levels and across industries to navigate complexity, elevate their impact, and thrive professionally and personally. My coaching is grounded in a whole-person approach, informed by research in neuroscience and adult development, and more than 30 years of executive leadership experience. I help you cultivate the Five Intelligences™ essential to intentional, human-centered leadership:

  • Self Intelligence — Build clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of agency through reflection, continuous growth, and renewal. Show up as your best self— even in high-stakes environments
     

  • Relational Intelligence — Understand others’ needs, build trust, and foster fairness and belonging. Shift cultures from rigid hierarchy toward empowerment and collaboration.
     

  • Communication Intelligence — Cultivate engagement, trust, and psychological safety by listening deeply, encouraging diverse perspectives, and aligning contributions.
     

  • Execution Intelligence — Set meaningful goals, think strategically, and empower others to co-create solutions and drive exceptional results.
     

  • Neuro Intelligence — Apply brain-based insights to generate motivation, commitment, and well-being. Create cultures that calm stress responses and unlock what I call ‘happy brains' at work—states where people are at.”

Work Together

The Coaching Process

Coaching is more than a conversation—it’s a process grounded in neuroscience. Through reflection, intentional action, and sustained attention on what matters most, your brain forms new pathways. That’s neuroplasticity in action. Real transformation takes time, which is why I typically recommend beginning with a six-month engagement.

We’ll meet twice per month for 45–50 minutes via video conference. Between sessions, you’ll have access to me via email and text and we can schedule  “flash sessions” for check-ins or urgent issues—because we don’t let insights wait for the calendar.

Within this structure, the program is tailored to your unique goals, learning style, and desired outcomes. It may include suggested assessments, books, or other tools to deepen your growth. Coaching with me is never one-size-fits-all. 

If you achieve your goals quickly or life gets in the way, you can pause coaching at any time. Many clients continue beyond six months because the dedicated space for reflection, challenge, and growth becomes a cornerstone of their sustained development and intentional leadership.

Coaching
Investment

Engaging in coaching is an investment in your growth and leadership.
 

  • Individual Coaching – $600 per month, billed directly to your credit card.

  • Maintenance Coaching – For continuing clients, one-session-per-month maintenance coaching is available at $400 per month.

  • Employer-Sponsored Coaching – If your organization is sponsoring your coaching, I’ll create a customized proposal tailored to the desired scope and objectives.
